Terms And Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Heathrow Taxis. By booking a taxi and using our service, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.


"Heathrow Taxis," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.


2.1 Please allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, including airport transfers requiring specific check-in times for your flight.Heathrow Taxis is not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or if you are not prepared for pick-up at the scheduled time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle with adequate capacity for passengers and luggage.Heathrow Taxis does not guarantee accommodation for an excessive amount of luggage. Note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Any requirement for wheelchair access should be specified at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. All prices, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of VAT. If applicable, VAT will be added separately. We reserve the right to adjust the provided quote in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the designated landing time, as well as airport parking fees. Any waiting time exceeding this period will be subject to the standardHeathrow Taxis waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obliged to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please carefully review this confirmation to ensure accuracy. Failure to notifyHeathrow Taxis of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we will not be held responsible.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. If the vehicle is dirtied, damaged, or adversely affected by a passenger, a cleaning fee may apply.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are restricted from carrying more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance regulations.


5.1 If you need to cancel your booking withHeathrow Taxis, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation after dispatch may incur a charge based on the driver's travel time and distance to the cancellation point.

5.2 If you cancel through our online booking system before dispatch, an applicable charge may be levied on the original payment.


6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival, we are not responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseeable delays. Under no circumstances willHeathrow Taxis be liable for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly to facilitate your journey.

6.4 You shall not holdHeathrow Taxis liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from actions or omissions of any party in your group.

6.5 No party involved may exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.


7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any passenger's behavior places the vehicle or driver at risk, whether through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.


8.1Heathrow Taxis may subcontract obligations outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2Heathrow Taxis may modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding betweenHeathrow Taxis and yourself.

8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit or advantage to a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless expressly stipulated in writing.


Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date.Heathrow Taxis is not obligated to consider claims or disputes raised after this timeframe.
