This to let you know that I had the most exquisite service from your employee Loredana at the Heathrow Airport on Sunday 5th of February. It was a day of great confusion with lots of cancellations and in the midst of all that I was met with a smile and excellent help from Loredana; she went out of her way to help me with the different taxi needs I had, all the while keeping a calm and friendly approach to all the other people who kept asking her questions, interrupting her work.

She is an excellent representative for your company and a great asset. Also I would like to mention your cabdriver Chris who picked me up at 6 AM to take me back to the airport, kind, friendly and helpful. How lucky you are to have such great people in your team.
